"I am passionate about supporting individuals and families experiencing a variety of challenges related to emotions and behavior. My specialty areas include child/adolescent therapy, young adult therapy, attachment-related issues, and mindfulness/meditation.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our dogs, Bailey and Willow. I find peace through skiing, mountain biking, and international travel. I have a strong background in meditation, which I often incorporate into my therapeutic work."
