Hear from Dr. Monday
"I am passionate about supporting individuals and families experiencing a variety of challenges related to emotions and behavior that are hindering overall connection. My specialty areas include trauma, autism, child/adolescent therapy, infant mental health, attachment-related issues, and mindfulness/meditation. I am currently working on my endorsement for infant mental health/early childhood. Also, I enjoy working on various consultation/research projects raising awareness to global mental health in areas such as Philippines, Ghana, Kenya and Lebanon.
Personally, I enjoy traveling all over the globe learning new cultures and seeing Mother Nature. I commit to staying active outdoors through hiking, running, swimming, Crossfit, cycling and skiing. I do part-time work as a Crossfit coach and employee at Chopra Global working alongside Deepak Chopra on wellness retreats. I value the mind-body connection and advocate for whole person healing. I often incorporate mindfulness and movement into my personal life and in my therapeutic work with families."
