About Xavier
Xavier Bird is a current student at the University of Denver providing individual therapy at Panorama Psychology. He is currently working on completing his doctorate degree (PsyD) and provides his therapeutic services under supervision. Xavier primarily works with clients in the teen to young adult range and has done so across a wide variety of clinical settings from community health centers to college counseling offices.
Xavier is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients to create a cooperative setting where change comes naturally. With personal experience living a neurodivergent life, Xavier does his best to meet clients on their level and to offer supportive guidance throughout their journey. His collaborative clinical approach is based in several evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
