Our Intake Process

​

Step 1: Fill out the New Client Contact Form. We will be in touch within 48 business hours.​

​

Step 2: During your consultation, we will gather information and recommend the provider who best fits your needs. You will also have the chance to ask us questions about our approach, billing, or anything else you would like to know. We will schedule your first appointment at the end of this call.

Step 3: We will send you intake forms electronically through the portal.

​

Step 4: You will attend your first appointment and start working towards your goals!
