During the initial consultation, we will listen carefully to your concerns, answer your questions honestly, and only move forward when we are confident we are the right fit for your family's needs.
3. Complete your intake paperwork
Once your appointment is confirmed, all necessary intake documentation will be sent securely through our client portal. Everything is completed online, at your convenience, prior to your first visit.
