Our Intake Process

Step 1: Request a 15 minute video consultation through the client portal.

Step 2: During your consultation, we will gather information and recommend the provider who best fits your needs. You will also have the chance to ask us questions about our approach, billing, or anything else you would like to know.

Step 3: You will complete forms electronically through the portal, and you will schedule your first appointment with your clinician.

​

Step 4: You will attend your first appointment and start working toward your goals!
