About Dr. Abdul-Chani
Dr. Monica Abdul-Chani (she/her/hers/ella) is a Licensed Psychologist at Panorama Psychology specializing in comprehensive psychological evaluations for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. She has extensive experience and specialized post-doctoral training in autism evaluation and is an expert in evaluating cognition, learning, development, and social-emotional issues. She primarily works with school-age children, adolescents, and young adults, with a focus on providing accurate diagnoses and practical, strengths-based recommendations.

As a bilingual-bicultural, multiracial Latina, Dr. Abdul-Chani is deeply committed to advocacy and to centering the voices of neurodivergent individuals and their families. Her clinical and research work has emphasized understanding the impact of stigma and systemic inequities, and she brings an identity-informed lens to every evaluation.
Dr. Abdul-Chani is originally from a small rural town in northwest New Jersey, and she is fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, swimming, reading, baking, and exploring the outdoors.
