About Dr. Morley
Dr. Kurstyn Morley is a Licensed Psychologist Candidate who holds two master’s degrees and a doctorate in the field of psychology. She earned a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the PAU-Stanford PsyD Consortium and an MEd in Child Studies from Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Morley has worked in schools and community mental health clinics, and she has specialty training in autism, infant and early childhood mental health, and trauma. Dr. Morley specializes in working with children and families affected by neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. In addition to therapy, she also provides psychological assessments.
Dr. Morley is a warm and enthusiastic clinician who is passionate about supporting parents and children as they learn to understand and celebrate their unique brains. Though she bases much of her work on psychodynamic and attachment theories of psychology, Dr. Morley utilizes an integrative approach to therapy. She tailors her treatment approach to the needs of the clients she serves, pulling from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
Clients appreciate Dr. Morley’s transparency, flexibility, and collaborative style. Outside of the office, Dr. Morley can be found playing volleyball all over Denver or cheering on Colorado’s sports teams. She is also an avid traveler and will take any opportunity to explore new places and cultures.
