Pricing and Insurance
Fees
Initial Phone Intake - Free
Click here or call us to schedule an initial video intake. This intake is required to ensure that our services will fit your needs.
Therapy Sessions with Psychologist or LCSW - $190
45 minute therapy sessions for individuals or families.
Therapy Sessions with LPC - $150
45 minute therapy sessions for individuals or families.
Therapy Sessions with Doctoral Student Extern - $95
45 minute therapy sessions for individuals or families.
Consultation Services - $240
60 minute consultation meetings.
Groups - $60 per person
90 minute group meetings.
Psychological Evaluations
Rates for psychological evaluation range from $550.00 for standalone IQ testing to $1500.00-$3500.00 for more thorough testing. We can provide you with a cost estimate after a free 15-minute consultation.
Cancellation/No Show
Missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will be billed the full session rate.
Insurance
Panorama Psychology does not directly accept insurance. We will be happy to provide a billing invoice for you to submit to your insurance provider.
