About Dr. Casher
Dr. Gabe Casher (he/him) is a licensed psychologist and the founder of Panorama Psychology. He provides individual therapy, family therapy, and psychological evaluations, and is especially passionate about working with teens, young adults, and families. Dr. Casher has a special interest in family therapy with teens and young adults - he loves helping families work together to bring emotional closeness and openness to their relationships.
Dr. Casher uses an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. His approach to therapy is relaxed and empathic, and he creates a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Outside of therapy, Dr. Casher loves spending time outdoors with his partner and their dogs, Bailey and Willow. He is an active skier and mountain biker and finds that being in nature is a great way to recharge and stay centered. He also loves international travel and finds that exploring other cultures helps to understand our place in the world. He believes that self-care is essential to a healthy and fulfilling life and encourages his clients to find ways to take care of themselves outside of therapy.
